General questions and partnership ideas, content corrections (spot a wrong figure or wording and the outcome goes into the corrections log), and security issues (bugs, impersonation) all go here. Spell out the problem and include the link to the page in question so we can check it.
One thing we can't help with
We're an independent third party with no affiliation to Binance, and we can't touch your Binance account — login trouble, stuck withdrawals, failed KYC, fund safety and the like. Those can only go to Binance's own support; reach them through the official channels inside Binance's own site, and watch out for fake support. What we can do is explain the rules and the steps.
Response
We reply when we can but don't promise a turnaround; corrections and security reports get looked at first. In your email, spell out the issue and the link to the relevant page so we can check it.
