APR ↔ APY converter

The number on Binance's Earn page is usually an APR (no compounding). But if you keep reinvesting the interest, your real yield turns into an APY (with compounding). This tool converts between the two so you can see how much the same figure changes once it compounds.

The more often it compounds, the more the APY pulls ahead of the APR, but only if you actually keep reinvesting the interest.

Don't be fooled by a big APY

An APY assumes you keep reinvesting the interest and the rate never moves. In reality, Flexible APR shifts every day, and plenty of products won't reinvest for you automatically. When you see a very high APY, first check whether it's just a paper figure produced by assuming an extreme compounding frequency. More on this in how APR and APY differ.
